Funking out doesn’t fix everything, but at least if feels good. After a visit home to see his father, James realizes that he’s been a total ass to Lafayette and he should make it up to him. It might be the sunshine on his skin, it might be the taste of blood, or it might be the way Lafayette looks at him like something precious.
Either way, James isn’t the only one awakening to the fact that distractions only work for so long.
