Valerie Mars decided, after choosing her pen name, to write what she loves and only what she wants to read, no matter what’s hot in the streets. She loves gay romance and has a deep weakness for the paranormal, fantasy, and sci-fi-esque genres, so that’s what she’s writing. As she works toward fulfilling her prolific author life dreams, she’s also working toward challenging herself and expanding beyond the genres she’s most comfortable with. 

Expect slow burn, scorching heat, and everything in between from her works. When she’s not working on future chapters or trying to corral her ideas into order, she’s probably committed to the daily grind of adulting. She lives in the U.S.A. and plots her way toward financial freedom.

Valerie Mars’ Dying Day Series is her first foray into romantic suspense, and she’s incredibly excited to go on this roller coaster. Just don’t expect her to get on any other ones. 🙂
